Where does Celestea source its tea?

We source our teas from small farmers in different regions in the Philippines like Agusan del Sur, Bukidnon, Palawan, Rizal, Nueva Vizcaya and Bicol. We also source internationally from Taiwan, Australia, Malaysia and India.

Are Celestea teas organic?

Teas sourced from the small farmers the Philippines are organic but not certified.

Are Celestea teas FDA-approved?

We are in the process of getting our license for the teas we source from the small farmers within Philippines. Teas sourced internationally are all US-FDA  approved.

Where do you source your honey?

We source our honey from a farm in Quezon province. We pick it up in a warehouse somewhere in Cavite.

​

Are Celestea teas suitable for vegans?

All of Celestea tea products are suitable for vegetarians and vegan and can be considered as vegan tea.

​

Do you have vegan sweeteners?

Yes, we will soon release a very limited stock of coco nectar sourced from Northern Mindanao.

I have received a broken or damaged item/wrong item/something missing from my order. What should I do?
We take utmost care to pack your orders, but still if you have received a damaged product, please contact our Customer Care team at support@celestea.co and we shall get back to you as soon as possible.

 

I am having trouble placing an order. Who can help me? 
Please contact our Customer Service team at support@celestea.co or you may chat us here on the website.

 

Has my order gone through successfully?
If you have received a confirmation email then your order has been received by Celestea and shall be processed.

 

Can I change my order once it has been placed?
To change or cancel an order, please get in touch with Celestea as soon as possible. Once  dispatched, orders will not be able to be changed or cancelled. You can still reach by email at support@celestea.co

 

Is my personal information kept safe with Celestea?
Yes. Celestea does not keep hold of any of your banking details or your personal details. Please check our Privacy Policy for more details.

 

Can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed you shall receive a confirmation email and a tracking number.

 

I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?
We are sorry to hear this. Please do check your tracking number. If this is not working, please contact us on support@celestea.co

 

Where do you ship Celestea products from?
All of Celestea products are shipped from our headquarters in Las Piñas City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?
Celestea ships online orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. National holidays will also delay shipments.

 

What are Celestea shipping costs?
Shipping costs shall be calculated on checkout. Online purchases above PHP 3,000 shall be dispatched free of cost.

 

Do you ship internationally?
Sadly not! But watch this space! Celestea only ships within Philippines but is looking into shipping worldwide very shortly.

 

Will I have to pay duties or taxes on my order?
Celestea is a NON-VAT entity at the moment. All our prices are inclusive. There shall be no additional taxes added at check out. Please note: Celestea does not ship to outside of Philippines at this time. There shall be additional taxes once this is put into place.

 

Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, but subject to assessment for approval or rejection. Please read the full Refund and Return policy.
