Shipping Policy

Orders received before noon (Philippine Standard Time) are usually shipped out on the same business day. Orders received after 12NOON are dispatched the following business day.

Once an order is dispatched, you can no longer request for a change or cancellation. You may still reach us by e-mail at or send us a message on Viber 0956-532-1908.

We ship on all weekdays (Monday through Friday), excluding public holidays. Expected delivery to be received within 1-3 working days within Metro Manila and 3-10 days for orders outside Metro Manila.

Please not that we do not accept cancellations once orders have been dispatched from our Tea atelier. For further information regarding shipping and cancellation policies, see our FAQs. You can also chat us here on the website and we'll be glad to assist you with your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Celestea Philippines.

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund an/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • The quality of the teas you have received does not meet your expectations, Please provide an unboxing video and photos of the teas and describe why it does not meet your standard.

  • The glass bottle is damaged when you received it. Please provide an unboxing video and photos of the teas to show the damage.

  • The main box of the gift set is dented. Please provide an unboxing video and photos of the teas to show the damage.

  • Wrong item is delivered to you. Please provide an unboxing video.

  • If the item in question has been requested as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • The teas and gift set must be in the original packaging.

  • Customized gift sets will not be refunded.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at or message on Viber 0956-532-1908.

Exempt Goods

  • The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Customized boxes with logos or monogram.

  • Engraved coasters or wooden gift sets.

  • Customized wedding favors.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late of missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check you bank account again. Then contact your credit company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • You may ship or drop-off your return to our headquarters at 708 Milan Street, Cittadella Executive Village, Pulang Lupa Dos, Las Piñas City.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it is proved that we are at fault 100%, we will cover the cost.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping be deducted from your refund.
